Drawing on extensive international experience, she designs and implements quality assurance and enhancement processes for organizations such as the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education and the British Accreditation Council, as well as national agencies in Jamaica, Estonia, Georgia, Romania, and Saudi Arabia. She also collaborates with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and the European Commission on initiatives supporting the European Higher Education Area.
